product definition
Refractory castables are a mixture of refractory aggregates, binders and admixtures. Mixed with water (or liquid binder) to form a slurry, it can be constructed by pouring and is called refractory castables.
Precautions
Refractory castables have a certain amount of time to solidify and harden after construction. Therefore, after casting and molding, they must be cured for a certain period of time before the mold can be removed. After an appropriate period of natural curing, they can be put into use for baking.
Application areas:
Refractory castables are widely used in power plant CFB boilers, aluminum melting furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, coreless induction furnaces, rotary kilns and other industrial kilns.
